No, appointments are not necessary in order to set up an account or for general account assistance; however, we offer appointment scheduling for a variety of requests for the convenience of our customers.

All SouthEast Bank locations offer debit card printing services, so that you can begin using your account right away. If you need a replacement or an additional card for your account, let our team know and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Our Knoxville branches operate Monday through Friday only.
On Saturdays, we offer drive-thru services exclusively at the following branches: Athens, Cleveland, Cookeville-Willow Ave, Dayton, Decatur, and Spring City.
