One of the many special things about the Middle and East Tennessee communities is that many of our employees have grown up in these areas. Every day, we find ourselves serving customers who are also our neighbors, family members and friends.
Lacey Mosley, our Spring City branch supervisor, has a special place in her heart for the Rhea County community. As a lifelong area resident with more than 15 years of banking experience, she’s known many of her branch customers for years.
“I’ve lived in Spring City my entire life,” said Mosley. “I love the view of the mountains, the charming atmosphere and the friendly people. You never meet a stranger here.”
In addition to feeling at home in Spring City, Mosley has spent almost her entire career with SouthEast Bank. Starting as a teller in 2007, she continued to grow as a member of the team and is now a stellar branch leader. She shared a little more about herself for today’s Get to Know blog, and we look forward to introducing her to you:
Anything you’d like to share about your family/pets?
I’ve been married to my husband, Mo, for 15 years. We have one son, Ethan who is 14, and we have two basset hounds, Chief and Smokey.
What’s a memorable place you’ve visited?
We love going to Universal Studios in Orlando! We typically go once a year. We love roller coasters and the Volcano Bay side.
What is something you’re passionate about?
I’m passionate about customer service. My customers are more than my customers, they are my friends. I am also passionate about our community, and I want to see it thrive.
What is your favorite TV show or movie?
My favorite TV show is “Friends.” I’ve seen every episode and can watch them over and over without getting tired of them! My favorite movie is “The Notebook.”
