Rewards Checking: $50 minimum to open. If enrolled in eStatements, a reward of $0.10 will be credited to your account on the 1st business day of each month for each qualifying point-of-sale or online debit card transaction of $10.00 or more. A Non-Activity Fee of $2.95 will be charged for any statement cycle during which the average daily balance is $300 or less and there is no consumer-initiated credit or debit activity. Bonus Rate Checking: *APY=Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are accurate as of 3/29/24 and are subject to change after account opening. $50 minimum to open. To earn the bonus rate, each statement cycle the account must be enrolled in eStatements and post and settle at least 15 qualifying debit card transactions of $1 or more. If all qualifications are met during the statement cycle, the account will earn a 4.01% APY on balances of $20,000 or less. An interest rate of 0.20% will be paid only for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than $20,000. The annual percentage yield for this tier will range from 4.01% to 0.51%, depending on the balance in the account. If bonus qualifications are not met during the statement cycle, the account will earn 0.05% APY. Qualifying transactions include point-of-sale or online purchases using the SouthEast Bank debit card. ATM and cash-only transactions do not qualify toward the minimum debit card transaction amount. Limit one Bonus Rate Checking account per primary account holder tax ID. To earn the bonus rate, each statement cycle the account holder must have a SouthEast Bank checking account with the Round Up feature, enroll and maintain the Bonus Rate Savings account in eStatements, and post and settle at least 15 qualifying round up debit card transaction during the statement cycle from any personal SouthEast Bank checking account. If all qualifications are met during the statement cycle, the account will earn a 2.01% APY on balances of $10,000 or less. An interest rate of 0.20% will be paid on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $10,000. The APY for this tier will range from​ 2.01% APY to 0.27% APY, depending on the balance in the account. If bonus qualifications are not met during the statement cycle, the account will earn 0.05% APY. Limit one Bonus Rate Savings account per primary account holder tax ID. Round Up Savings: Upon enrollment in Round Up Savings, SouthEast Bank will round up your qualifying debit card transactions of $1 or more to the nearest dollar and transfer the difference from your SouthEast Bank checking account to your designated SouthEast Bank savings account. Qualifying transactions include point-of-sale or online purchases using the SouthEast Bank debit card. Both signature and pin transactions made with debit cards qualify for Round Up Savings. ATM and cash-only transactions do not qualify for Round Up Savings. All debit cards connected to the checking account will round up to your savings account. You must be a primary owner on each checking and savings account that you enroll. Round-up amounts will be transferred separately throughout the day.

Premium Interest Checking: *APY=Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are accurate as of 3/29/24 and are subject to change after account opening. $50 minimum to open. Interest is earned on daily collected balances above $0 and is credited monthly. This is a tiered-rate account that earns higher interest based on higher balances. Fees may reduce earnings. Thrive Checking: $50 minimum to open. Thrive Checking is available to customers ages 60+. There is no monthly service charge with this account. Free checks are safety paper checks. Free official checks are limited to 9 per month. Thrive checking account holders can receive a 10 basis point increase on newly opened CD Special rates (see associate for CD Special offers) if the Thrive Checking account receives one monthly direct deposit and a monthly debit (check or debit card) from the account.

Accelerate: Accelerate is a feature included on Rewards Checking, EDU Checking, and Thrive Checking accounts. Deposits are posted on the day that SouthEast Bank is notified of the incoming ACH deposit, which may be up to three days early. Early deposit is not guaranteed.
