Around-the-Clock Fraud Monitoring

If a debit card is lost, there’s no need to panic. With CardValet, you can turn cards on and off instantly to keep your finances secure. Plus, if the card doesn’t turn up, you can visit any SouthEast Bank branch location to have a new one printed on the spot.

CardValet allows you to limit spending by region and merchant categories. For example, you can restrict spending to the city where you operate or only approve purchases from travel and fuel vendors. You can even set maximum purchase limits to help your team stay on budget.

Yes, you can set up purchase alerts and transaction controls for each individual card. For example, if you want to set limits on employees’ cards but not your own, you can with CardValet.

No, turning your card off in the app is not the same as canceling the card. While it will prevent further transactions from taking place, you will still need to visit us in-branch or call our Customer Care team to officially deactivate the card and have a new one issued.

Purchase alerts will be sent to your mobile device as push notifications and are also available to view within the app. At this time, it isn’t possible to set up email alerts with CardValet.

You can limit spending to merchant categories, like fuel, food and travel, but not to specific stores.

No, it will only limit in-store purchases outside of your approved region. You can, however, set a separate transaction control to prevent online purchases.
