If you are an Apple iOS user, please ensure you know your Login ID and Passphrase for online banking before Tuesday, October 24, at 9:00 AM EST. See details below.
The SouthEast Bank iOS Mobile App is releasing an update on Tuesday, October 24, at 9:00 AM EST. If you have automatic updates enabled, this update will occur automatically. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, we encourage you to manually update your app by clicking here or Searching “SouthEast Bank” in the App Store and clicking “Update” from your mobile device.
PLEASE NOTE: When this update occurs, you will have to reconfigure your biometrics, such as Face ID or Touch ID, that you have previously set up. This means you must remember your Login ID and Passphrase in order to log in. If you cannot remember your Login ID and/or Passphrase, please visit this Help Center article for instructions on resetting them.
We encourage you to ensure your SouthEast Bank iOS Mobile App is updated to this new version before November 7, 2023. As of this date, you will not be able to log in unless your SouthEast Bank iOS Mobile App is updated to the latest version.
